My History
I didn't start out in real estate with goals of being the GOAT of Chicagoland New Construction. In fact my first experiences with new construction were often times my worst, likely because as with most agents, I had no clue how different buying a new home was from your typical resale home.
That said, I built my business in new construction after years of working with home buyers and investors on the resale side first, but turning to builders primarily out of necessity. With the onset of the pandemic drastically disrupting the market, more and more of my clients were coming to me for help with interest in new homes. When it's near impossible to find a resale home with record low inventory, builders became my saving grace, I'm so glad they did, because it lit a fire in me to become the best of the best in a historically under served niche.

If you ask most agents who don't offer rebates they will typically tell you it's a bad practice, but I was intrigued by the thought of how I could implement something like that in my business and still remain profitable.
See, unlike most agents, I take a full service approach to building a home, holding your hand every step of the way, which is far more time consuming compared with a resale purchase and it comes with less commission due to how builders work.
Those 2 big issues made the possibility seem impossible, but then one day it dawned on me... What if I could leverage my time better? What if I could offer much of the same great service I bring to the table, but separate much of my time from the equation, supplementing me with guides instead?
Thus the BuildChi Rebate Program was born! Using the many guides I have developed and continue to update and improve on, those looking to save some extra money with their purchase, no longer have to sacrifice quality of service to do so. Historically, working with a discount broker meant you were left to fend for yourself, because your agent was far too busy and spread thin with a million other buyers just like you.
The program by no means replaces the expertise I have and the nuanced ways I can save you even more money throughout the build process, but the reality is you are certainly better off using my Rebate Program than any other offer out there!
