This site, with it's extensive database and insightful resources, is the official hub for my YouTube channel, BuildChi, where for over two years now, I've been connecting buyers like you with their ideal new home options by showcasing new construction opportunities in our area. While the channel has been instrumental in this mission, it has its limitations. This website has been designed to bridge the gap, consolidating my expertise, essential resources and streamlining access all in to one convenient location, empowering you to make right decisions with ease.
My History
My journey into the new construction real estate niche was not a direct path but one that evolved out of necessity. Initially, my focus was broader, catering primarily to investors and traditional home sales. However, the onset of the pandemic drastically disrupted the real estate industry, challenging me to find creative solutions for my clients. It was during this time that new construction emerged as the best option for clients going through the biggest inventory shortage in history.
After the channel launched I found more and more of my clientele coming to me for New Construction support and before I knew it, new homes had taken over 90% of my business. Realizing the opportunity, I chose in 2023 to put my entire focus on new construction by taking it one step further and building an ecosystem of ways to guide my clients better on their journey to building a home. This site is the culmination of that "One Step Further", I have sunk my heart and sole into this project to bring overwhelming value to those who reach out to me.
My Offer
When starting this massive endevour, which in my defense I had no idea would be as difficult as it has been, I realized that the market we are in is changing quicker than anyone could expect. The price to purchase a home in general has spiked dramatically. As a result new construction home buyers are increasingly taking on risk in their choice of representation, opting for "Discount Brokers" who offer little to nothing outside of a money back to the buyer after closing.
But what if you didn't have to take on so much risk?
