Overview
Many builders throughout the Chicagoland market offer promotional opportunities throughout the year. These can vary from minimal closing cost credits for utilizing their preferred lender to the much more significant promotional interest rate buy downs. These promotional interest rates are easily one of the biggest benefits available with new construction as they are not something you will likely ever find in the resale market.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Although a builder may offer a promotional interest rate, it is extremely important to understand that it is likely only available to Move-In Ready Spec Homes it is highly unlikely you will have the option available for anything not ready to close within at least 90 days. This rules out just about all Custom and Semi-Custom Homes.
